Uses

 HYPER SEAL DPS-200 can be used as an adhesive for bonding HYPER SEAL strips or as problem-solving of inauessible including sealing around joints in pro-cast manhole covers cable ducts and pipe,etc.
Sealing around pre-cast segments.
Sealing between rough surfaces, e.g. slurry walls and concrete slabs.
Sealing aroundH-beams and other penetration through concrete structures.
Sealing around conventional rubber and plastic waterstop to provide belt and braces seal prior to concrete pouring.

Description

 HYPER-SEAL DPS-200 is a grey, elastic water-swellable paste which is applied like a sealant.
 The hydrophilic properties of HYPER SEAL DPS-200 display good consistency in swell rate during repeated wet/dry cycling. Expansion of the product on contact with water creates a positive pressure against the faces of the concrete joint, thus preventing the passage of water.

Application method & Installation Photograph

 Cut conical tip off cartridge end-thread, screw on nozzle and cut to required size. Place HYPER SEAL conventional sealant. Extrude a bead of not less then 15mm diameter onto the subbstrate, ensuring that there is no break in the bead.

Increased availability
One of the primary advantages of a combined GPS/GLONASS
system is the increased satellite coverage. The addition of
GLONASS increases system availability and the performance
of DPS 200 is greatly enhanced compared to traditional DGPS
systems when operating in highly obstructed environments and
under challenging signal tracking conditions.
Networked architecture
DPS NAV Engine® runs all critical computations independent
from the DPS HMI to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
DPS NAV Engine® runs in a safe mode protected from unintended
user operations. Several DPS HMIs can be connected to the
same DPS NAV Engine® in a networked architecture.
Multiple information layers
Multiple layers of information give the DP operator unmatched
opportunities for a customized visual presentation. Electronic
chart, seabed maps, well head positions, static targets and AIS
target information are some of the functions that are easily enabled
by selecting or combining the different information layers.
Ease-of-use HMI
The DPs has an intuitive and easy-to-use graphical user
interface developed in close co-operation with experienced DP
operators. This HMI enables the operators to assess the quality
of their positioning quickly and effectively during operation. For
better visiblity under different light conditions the operator can
easily select between a set of colour palettes, including a well
tested night display.
Multiple differential signals
Differential corrections for GPS and GLONASS should be
received from several reference stations in order to increase the
reliability and accuracy and to fully utilise the unique MULTIREF
capability included in DPS 200. DPS 200 has a built-in autonomous
real-time quality control feature continuously monitoring
the quality of the calculated position. Alarms and warnings are
activated if critical tolerances are exceeded or if position quality
degrades.
Satellite prediction
Periods with limited satellite availability and poor geometry,
caused by poor satellite coverage or obstructed environment,
is a major risk for safety critical operations. DPS 200 provides a
satellite prediction tool to help the operator foresee these
situations and plan for an operation where reliable position
